Alpine Retreat
Welcome to the private residence at Incline Village. This is an Adult Only property as it is within a Four Unit Private Residential HOA - and those are the rules. Well behaved children are welcome, but please keep all noise levels to an absolute minimum.
It’s a great spot to use as a relaxing launching point for your adventures in North Lake Tahoe. It is a ten minute drive to the lake where you will have paid access to all of the private Incline Village beaches.
Our Condo is NOT a Party Location as the other three owners are full-time residents and the HOA (again, only these four units) is very strict.

Cost
The unit is NOT available for rent and can only be used by employees of Vita or Hansen relatives (per HOA rules). Our daily cost to maintain the unit is currently $79/Day + $150 cleaning fee.
Cleaning
We have a cleaning service that also provides linens and towels after each visit. The cleaning cost for each stay, whether it is one day or one week is $150.00.
Reservations
Use the form at the bottom of this website to request a reservation. Arrival is assumed no earlier than 3:00 p.m. Departure is assumed no later than Noon. If you will be ahead or behind these times, please book the extra days!
We cannot legally charge rent. If you want to help with the actual cost of using the condo, we will gladly accept reimbursement of your cost to use the unit. As stated above, this is:
$76 per night + $150 cleaning fee.
